Today, Aura is home to a team of licensed, multi-certified estheticians who share a commitment to continued education, craftsmanship, and creating an experience that feels elevated without ever feeling intimidating. Every service is rooted in expertise, every detail is intentional, and every client is welcomed as if they've been coming here for years. We've grown from one esthetician into a collaborative team, but our purpose remains the same: to raise the standard for what an esthetics salon can feel like— for our clients, and for the professionals who make it possible. Aura Beauty Co. was founded in 2019 from a simple realization: there had to be a better way. After working in salons that felt like they lived at opposite ends of the spectrum—either too laid back to foster growth or so rigid that creativity and individuality were lost; I couldn't quite find the environment I believed both clients and estheticians deserved. At the time, I never envisioned building a team. Aura was simply a place where I could provide exceptional esthetic services with intention, consistency, and genuine care. But as the business grew, something became impossible to ignore. There was a gap in our industry... not just in the client experience, but behind the scenes. Too many talented estheticians were working in environments that lacked mentorship, collaboration, and a true sense of community.
