Shipping + Returns.

Shipping

We are currently only shipping to Canada + The United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Local Pick Up is also available for all orders. Items for Local Pick Up must be picked up at our studio location by the customer during our normal business hours.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please be reminded that the customer must pay for return postage and any shipping + handling fees from the original order are 100% non-refundable. The item you are returning must be unused + undamaged in its original packaging in order for the return request to be accepted. All postage for return orders must be paid by the customer. If on the rare occasion you have an allergic reaction to our products… please send us a clear photo of the reaction + discontinue use immediately.

If your request meets the above criteria… please email your order number including a reason of return to info@aurabeautyma.com to get the return + refund process started. All return + refund requests take up to 3-4 business days to process + accept.
